The Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 is now law. Pundits expect telecommuting to save billions of dollars annually while increasing employee retention, decreasing absenteeism, and increasing the work/life balance of the federal government employees. Rep. Frank Wolf described the legislation as "a cost savings measure that will help the federal government implement a flexible workplace strategy proven successful in the private sector."
